Saturday Play
Organized play is held on scheduled Saturdays at either Arlington or Fairfax (but not both). Events marked in Red will be played at FFX. The proposed dates for 2012 are listed below or you can always check the calendar on the website to see where we are playing on any given Saturday. Regular Saturday play is contingent upon securing tee times through the JONAS Tee Time reservation system. Getting tee times will be continue to be a challenge for our Fairfax course given the reconstruction. This will be coordinated by the Saturday play coordinators. The Saturday play coordinators for 2012 are listed as follows: Emily McGee, Tracey Beaver, Kirsten Martin, & Sherrie Balko.
The announcements for Saturday play will go out on Sunday and we will ask you to sign up at the website or reply to the coordinator no later than 3 pm on the Tuesday prior to Saturday play. If you do not receive this announcement and you would like to play, please contact the Saturday play coordinator directly. We will attempt to get tee times starting at 11:00 A.M. at the proposed course and send out the confirmed schedule on Friday before the Saturday play. Please check the schedule on Friday and if you cannot keep the proposed tentative tee time please call the starter and cancel. Everyone must arrive at the course 30 minutes before their confirmed tee time and check in with the pro shop first. If you do not arrive 30 minutes ahead of your time, your tee time may be given to someone else. New tee times will only be given out if available.

Mid-week Evening Play
Evening play provides an excellent on-the-course opportunity for improving your knowledge of the rules of golf and golf etiquette in a non-competitive and non-threatening environment. We encourage our more seasoned members to use this time to help less experienced players with these rules.
CWGO members may play nine holes each week on Wednesday evenings at Arlington and Thursday evenings at Fairfax from May through September beginning around 5 pm (depending on the amount of daylight). Email announcements will be sent out as reminders. However, if for any reason, you do not receive this announcement and you would like to play, please contact the coordinators directly.

If you miss the deadline for signing up for weekday play, consult the JONAS Tee Time system and look for availability at the time the Career Women are playing. If there is availability, then you can sign up directly. If you decide you want to play and it's the day of play, call the starter at the appropriate course to sign up.
