Captains: Jane Sullivan - jsmarlarky@aol.com & Laura Williams - drlauraw@yahoo.com

ANCC CWGO is a charter member and current champion of the Career Women's Golf Interclub League. The basic spirit and intent of the League is to provide competitive play opportunities for women who cannot golf during the week or have limited opportunities to do so.

There are 13 participating clubs divided into two divisions. Division membership changes annually so that play opportunities vary. In 2012, Division I members are Belle Haven, Congressional, Hidden Creek, Mount Vernon, River Creek, Springfield, and Trump National. Division II members are Army Navy, Belmont, Chantilly, CC of Fairfax, National Golf Club at Tantallon, and Westwood.

Format: Four-Ball Match Play (2 Flights -- A & B), 100% of USGA handicap index capped at flight maximums.

A match consists of A and B Home (play at ANCC) and Away (play at opponent's course) teams of two players.

Matches are played Sunday afternoons.

Players are flighted based on their USGA handicap indices as of the 1st or the 15th of the month.
A-Flight players have a USGA handicap index from 0-19.9.
B-Flight players have a USGA handicap index from 20.0-32.0.

Each club plays each of the other clubs in its Division once during the season (Apr through mid-Oct). Clubs play concurrently at each other's course with a total of eight players from each club participating (two players from each flight at each club). The Division winners play a match to determine the overall League champion at the end of the season.

Participant Eligibility: A member in good standing of CWGO and maintain a USGA handicap index.
